⦁ Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport, where your Chauffeur Guide will meet you with a warm Sri Lankan welcome. Sit back and relax as you travel to Negombo, a quiet coastal town close to the airport. Settle into your hotel and enjoy a calm evening by the sea after your long journey.
Day 2 & 3 – Kalpitiya Beach
⦁ After breakfast, leave Negombo and travel to Kalpitiya, a calm stretch of coast known for its wild beaches, open skies, and quiet atmosphere. On arrival, settle in and enjoy the relaxed seaside setting.
⦁ Spend the next two days at Kalpitiya Sand Route Beach, with the option to add kitesurfing, kayaking, snorkelling, scuba diving, reef fishing, or dolphin watching, depending on sea conditions and your interest.
Day 4 – Wilpattu Safari
⦁ After breakfast, check out from the hotel and travel to Wilpattu National Park for an exciting jeep safari. Wilpattu is Sri Lanka’s largest national park and is known for its natural lakes (villus), open woodland, and strong chances of seeing wildlife. With luck, you may spot the elusive Sri Lankan leopard, along with elephants, sloth bears, deer, and a wide range of birdlife.
⦁ Overnight stay near Wilpattu.
Day 5 – Mannar Beach
⦁ After breakfast, continue north to Mannar for an overnight stay. This historic coastal town is known for its old sea trade heritage and colonial-era landmarks. If time allows, visit Mannar Fort, built by the Portuguese and later fortified by the Dutch.
⦁ Overnight stay in Mannar.
Day 6 & 7 – Jaffna
⦁ After breakfast, leave Mannar and drive to Jaffna in Sri Lanka’s Northern Province, a city known for its historic sites, local markets, and a steady renewal since 2009. If time allows, enjoy a short Jaffna city tour with visits to Jaffna Fort and Nallur Kovil, then spend the late afternoon by the coast at KKS Beach (Kankesanthurai Beach) and Casuarina Beach for soft sand and gentle waves.
⦁ Two overnight stays in Jaffna.
Day 8 & 9 – Nilaveli Beach
⦁ After Jaffna, spend the next two days on Sri Lanka’s East Coast at Nilaveli Beach, Trincomalee. This quiet beach is known for its soft white sand, clear blue water, and a calm, relaxed feel that suits a slow beach stay. The must-do experience here is a short boat trip to Pigeon Island National Park, one of the best places for snorkelling in Sri Lanka, with coral reefs, colourful reef fish, and, in good conditions, possible sightings of sea turtles.
Day 10 – Pasikuda Beach
⦁ After Nilaveli, enjoy two nights in Pasikuda Beach, one of the most relaxing stops on Sri Lanka’s east coast. Pasikuda is known for its calm, shallow sea and wide sandy bay, which makes it ideal for easy swimming and slow beach days. Popular activities in Pasikuda include snorkelling, kayaking, paddleboarding, and sunset walks, depending on the sea conditions.
Day 11 & 12 – Arugam Bay Beach
⦁ After an early breakfast, check out and travel to Gal Oya National Park for a memorable boat safari, a rare chance to watch wildlife from the water. This park is best known for sightings of elephants along the lake edge, and you may also see crocodiles, deer, and birdlife, depending on the season and conditions. Later, continue to Arugam Bay, Sri Lanka’s famous surf beach on the east coast, where warm evenings and ocean views set the mood.
⦁ Spend two days in Arugam Bay, with time to relax on the beach, watch the surfers, and enjoy the laid-back coastal town.
⦁ Overnight stay at a hotel in Arugam Bay.
Day 13 & 14 – Ella
⦁ After breakfast, check out from the hotel and travel to Ella, one of Sri Lanka’s most loved Hill Country towns. On the way, stop at Ravana Falls, then, if you wish, try the Ravana zipline for a fun view over the valley. In Ella, hike Little Adam’s Peak for wide mountain scenery and visit the famous Nine Arch Bridge, one of the most photographed railway spots in Sri Lanka.
⦁ Spend the next day enjoying Ella’s laid-back pace, cool air, and café culture, with time to explore viewpoints and short nature walks. Later, enjoy the scenic Calypso train ride through lush green hills, then return for another relaxed evening.
⦁ Two overnight stays at a hotel in Ella.
Day 15 – Tissamaharama

⦁ Overnight stay at a hotel in Tissamaharama.
Day 16 & 17 – Mirissa Beach
⦁ Spend two days in Mirissa, a laid-back south coast beach town in Sri Lanka, where the morning often starts on the ocean. If you wish, join an early whale watching and dolphin watching boat trip for a chance to see blue whales, sperm whales, and playful dolphins (sightings depend on sea conditions and wildlife movement). Back on land, enjoy free time with optional visits to Secret Beach, Coconut Tree Hill, and the Mirissa sunset viewpoint, then end the day with the easy evening buzz of beach cafés, bars, and music.
Day 18 & 19 – Galle Beach
⦁ Head to Galle on Sri Lanka’s south coast, home to the Old Town of Galle and its Fortifications, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk the Galle Fort ramparts, pass the lighthouse, and explore the narrow streets lined with colonial-era buildings shaped over centuries. Use your free time to unwind on nearby beaches such as Unawatuna Beach and Hikkaduwa Beach, both easy to reach from Galle. Two overnight stays in Galle.
